How programs connect

One request can open several doors.

A request rarely fits one box. An unpaid wage becomes a rent problem; a hospital bill becomes a food problem; a death back home becomes a work problem. When you contact us we look at the whole situation, not one line of it, and we open every program that applies. You deal with one person, not six.

What you can expect from every program:

  • A first response within two business days, sooner for emergencies.
  • Plain explanations of what exists, what you qualify for, and what it takes to apply.
  • Help with the steps — forms, calls, documents, deadlines.
  • Referral only to partners we have checked.
  • Follow-up until the problem is solved or someone else has clearly taken it over.
